Key Responsibilities Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations. Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors. Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety. Qualifications Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, especially in a retail setting. Strong product knowledge and ability to provide tailored recommendations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual communication skills preferred at certain locations. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain store standards.
