MANAGER – Role The MANAGER role requires strong leadership qualities, first‑class professionalism, and hands‑on technical knowledge. The Manager is accountable for overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow. The role involves developing a strong shop culture, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a service-oriented leadership style, and a proven ability to assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for the location. Requirements Candidates with heavy‑duty diesel mechanic experience and tire service expertise are strongly preferred. A solid understanding of fleet maintenance operations is essential, as is the ability to work directly with customers to ensure their vehicles are serviced efficiently and professionally. Excellent people skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are key to success in this role.
