We are hiring for 2 positions(Flex & Regular FedEx Drivers), please chose which one you would like to do.

Drivers will be operating out of the Alliance Terminal and will be making deliveries in Argyle and surrounding areas.

Regular Route FedEx Driver (Drive Company Trucks)

Pay: Starting at $175 a DAY PLUS $500 Bonus After 3 months
Previous experience is a plus but is not required!

Safely and responsibly operating company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to pick up and deliver various items.
Following established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
Inspecting and maintaining the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
Adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
Keeping accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Must have one of the following - Passport or Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift heavy packages (0-150 lbs.) with the aid of dollies.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
Flexibility to work varying shifts.
Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary with additional pay.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Flex Route FedEx Driver (Drive your own car)

Pay: Starting at $140/day PLUS $300 Bonus After 3 months
Details:
You’ll be delivering packages using your own vehicle
Package pick-ups are made directly from FedEx terminal.
Available Part Time or Full Time.
Requirements:

Must have your own vehicle (2013 or newer) in excellent condition (Registration in Your Name)
Valid driver’s license
Must have one of the following - Passport or Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
Clean driving record
Pass a background check AND a Drug Test
Reliable smartphone for routing and communication
