Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and self-source new commercial and personal lines leads through networking, cold outreach, and referral partnerships.
• Leverage agency rating and CRM platforms to generate accurate quotes and move prospects through the pipeline efficiently.
• Evaluate client risks to package tailored solutions across Commercial Property, Commercial Auto/Trucking, and Personal Lines.
• Deliver competitive proposals and close high-retention policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships to build your vested residual portfolio.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in Ohio required.
• Experience: 3+ years in insurance sales, account executive roles, or business development with a proven record of self-sourcing a book of business.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and motivated by uncapped performance compensation.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using modern agency CRM systems, comparative raters, and digital communication tools.
• Skills: Strong closing ability, negotiation skills, and professional communication.
