Flatbed CDL‑A Driver – Regional Route System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western United States. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Compensation Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $105,120.17 per year Flatbed Regional Rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile Bonuses $5,000 Hiring Bonus (eligible for currently employed CDL‑A drivers; paid in four $1,250 installments every 90 days over 12 months) Other accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonus, and over‑dimension pay Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account 401(k) and 401(k) matching Life insurance Employee assistance program Transition Pay (includes $1,800 transition package with $1,000 for orientation) Orientation Pay Paid time off: 1 hour sick per 30 hours worked, 80 hours PTO for 1–9 years, 120 hours PTO for 10+ years Home Time Off most weekends, with a 34‑hour reset.
