This is an hourly position with work hours from 7:00 AM to 5pm or 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks, earning a competitive wage of $30/hr depending on experience. Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activities
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Prepare and file sales tax reports
• Follow up on past due invoices and outstanding balances
• Assist with payroll processing and general accounting support
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements
• Work within QuickBooks to manage company accounting functions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Sales tax experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Professional communication and organizational skills
