SHIFT: Tuesday - Saturday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pegasus Landing of Chisholm Trails is an 88-bed Independent Living and Memory Care community located in Keene, TX offering a warm, welcoming environment where residents can maintain independence while receiving personalized care and support., We are in search of a magnificent Memory Care Coordinator!

Highlights of the Memory Care Coordinator Position:
- The Memory Care Coordinator oversees the overall implementation, delivery and coordination of the Connections Memory Care neighborhood resident services, including engagement and supports the MCD/HWD in non-clinical health services.
- Coordinates engagement aspects of life for Memory Care residents including participating in the development of personalized plan or program for successful aging in community.
- Ensures residents satisfaction and achievement of their realistic goals. Motivates residents to function at highest level of independence.
