Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction) Project Duration: 10–12 months.
Role Summary: The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and coordination across IVR development, integration, testing, and migration activities supporting the GOV CUSTOMER modernization program.
