IPS Employment Specialist: Help People Find Meaningful Work

Standguide Group

Standguide is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with health-related needs in the United States to secure sustainable employment that matches their skills and aspirations. You will be trained in the IPS approach, guided by the 8 IPS principles, and will work closely with clients, employers and referral partners to create action plans and connect them with opportunities. The role focuses on person-centred guidance, building relationships, and ongoing in-work support to help #J-18808-Ljbffr Standguide Group
