About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist Specialty: CT Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Current NYS License Certifications: ARRT, NYS License to inject, CPR Must-Have: Applicant must be able to scan independently. Applicant must be fully competent in performing CT scans for emergency room patients. Applicant must be able to perform all CT exams except specialties such as virtual colonography and cardiac CT. Description: The midnight technologist works alone from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. An imaging aide will assist with transporting and moving patients during that time. The CT scanner used is Siemens Definition. The imaging system utilized is Epic PACS, with the viewing software being Visage. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Holiday and weekend shifts required, with Christmas as a preference. The position entails performing CT examinations efficiently and accurately to support patient care.
