Competitive Pay: $19 – $23 per hour Flexible Scheduling: Choose shifts that work for you Weekly Direct Deposit Orientation & Training Supportive Management Team Opportunities for Growth Client assignments close to your location Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts Qualifications Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred) Compassionate, dependable, and professional Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation preferred Health & Compliance Requirements To ensure the safety of our clients and caregivers, applicants must provide: TB Screening (within the last 12 months) MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Varicella Titer (Chickenpox) Tetanus documentation About Havenova Home Care Havenova Home Care provides high-quality, personalized in-home care services to help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort at home.
