We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues
• Service rooftop units, split systems, and package units
• Check refrigerant levels, test controls, replace components, and verify system performance
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate work orders
• Communicate with customers and provide professional service
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops and ladders
• Strong communication and customer service skills
