Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversees Quality needs for a product line across multiple processes.Assist and/or manage plant projects and drive to completion.Participate in auditsas process and quality systems.DevelopRoot cause investigationand CAPA experience.Develop an understanding of the validationsystem and assist in validations.ConductMeasurement System Analysis.Conduct diagnostic and statistical analysis of methods,equipmentand materials to improve product quality, process reliability and cost.Assist in meeting plant team plans for cost and quality improvement, operating within department budget guidelines.Demonstrate ability to make consistent and data driven decisions.Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.Completion of projects on time and on budget.Complete investigations and validations.Supervision: This position does not supervise any associates on any levelEducation and Experience: Minimum Education :Required : BA/BS Degree : Engineering :Applied, Automotive, Computer/Information,Electrical,Electronic,Industrial, Manufacturing,Mechatronic, Process or Project EngineeringMinimum Experience :0-5years’ experience working in a quality / technical role.
