Analytics & Insights Engineer II (Healthcare EDI)

Work you'll do

As a Project, Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining product-based data integration and extract, transform, and load (ETL) solutions that support secure healthcare data exchange.
• Developing, managing, and troubleshooting healthcare electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions, including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999, and TA1.
• Partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Supporting production deployments, monitoring integration performance, and improving workflows for reliability, data quality, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing data integration and ETL solutions
• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999, and TA1
• 1+ years of experience supporting full-cycle production deployments and resolving post-production integration issues within defined service-level agreement (SLA) timelines
• Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, including conducting code reviews and providing design guidance
• Experience with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and data governance controls
• Experience optimizing integration workflows to improve processing performance, reduce errors, or improve data quality
