Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active state licensure to practice Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience with early childhood and/or preschool student populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and monitoring
• Excellent assessment and evaluation abilities
• Collaborative approach with teachers, specialists, and families
• Clear, compassionate communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both direct and indirect occupational therapy services to children ages 3-5, tailored to their unique needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations to determine eligibility and need for OT services
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary education teams (MDE/IEP), participating in meetings and sharing insights for student success
• Develop, update, and track progress toward individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Communicate student progress and intervention strategies to parents, teachers, and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
