In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and provide preventive and wellness-focused education. You will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, patient-centered environment that values innovation, quality, and community impact.
