This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while enjoying a flexible work-life balance. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of your clients and their therapy sessions. At Mindful Retreat, we use telehealth technologies and secure online platforms to connect with clients, ensuring that they have access to the support they need, regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through active listening, thorough evaluations, and diagnostic assessments, devising personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and aspirations.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices, to facilitate client growth and resilience.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to care, engaging in case conferences to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Mindful Retreat represent a varied demographic, including individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and age groups facing diverse mental health challenges. Your work will encompass helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and trauma recovery. A significant focus of your role will be supporting families in improving communication and resolving conflicts, enhancing their overall functioning and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in therapeutic settings.

• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to practicing cultural competence, social justice, and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
