Training at Monarch will include but is not limited to New Employee Orientation, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Safety Care/Getting it Right within our designated service area (West, Central, East). Trainer certification opportunities are a part of this position.**What You'll Do:*** Orienting new employees to Monarch during their onboarding week.* Facilitate structured learning experiences and monitor results for continuous improvement.* Identify additional training opportunities by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.* Train both on-site and in online environments.* Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, certificates, etc.* Coordinate and secure training locations, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.* Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies, and procedures.* Driving and travel will be required, including periodic scheduled overnight trips/weekend training with advanced notice.* Proficient in Microsoft Office products.* Administrative tasks as needed.**Benefits:**We offer a competitive and flexible total rewards package designed to support the diverse needs of our team members.
