Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Create a classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, curious and excited to learn. Prepare and submit thoughtful, developmentally appropriate lessons plans. Observe and document children's growth and progress. Build positive, trusting relationships with families through open, honest and meaningful communication.
