We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Dirt Crew Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and performing finish grading tasks while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to move materials like pipe and structures.

- Read and interpret construction prints and plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

- Organize the job site and coordinate with others team members to manage materials effectively.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting.

- Ability to read and interpret construction prints and plans.

- Strong understanding on how to load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring efficient movement and practices.
