About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced fractional Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and support the establishment of scalable processes in a growing healthcare environment. The CFO will be responsible for leading companywide budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, as well as preparing and presenting financial reports to support decision-making. This role also involves overseeing month-end close activities, advising on capital planning strategies, and providing guidance on multi-state and international tax matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a CFO or senior financial leadership role, with a strong background in financial management, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, advisory, and hands-on capacity. Applicants for the fractional CFO position at the company should have a background in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis, with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations. Expertise in financial reporting, month-end close oversight, and knowledge of capital management for emerging companies is essential. The role requires experience in handling multi-state tax requirements and international tax compliance, as well as the ability to assess and improve finance-related workflows, people structures, and business systems. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to develop financial models that support strategic initiatives and contribute to process improvement in broader finance operations.
