As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy: Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit 1:1 Care: Provide dedicated, individualized support while building a meaningful connection with your client Additional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursement Career Growth: Free continuing education and advancement opportunities About This Client & Case: Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Client: Bedbound adult male who requires hands‑on assistance with personal care and daily activities Personal Care: Assist with sponge bathing, changing clothing as needed, dressing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Dialysis Preparation: Help the client get dressed and prepared the evening before his dialysis appointment the following day Light Housekeeping: Provide light housekeeping to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Caregiver Support: Work closely with the client's wife to provide hands‑on care and support with his evening routine As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need: Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting Comfort and experience providing hands‑on personal care for a bedbound client Ability to safely assist with bathing, dressing, changing, and other personal care needs Ability to meet the physical demands of the assignment and provide hands‑on assistance as neededCNA certification preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and insurance Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives, helping them stay safe at home while preserving their dignity, privacy, and independence?
