Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Skilled Nursing - Sherwood Oaks

Cranberry Township, PA Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 7 AM - 3:30 PM, including every other weekend and rotating holidays

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour - $24.00/hour; Depending on experience and shift + Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus.

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident's physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):

• Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer's) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
