Cabinet Shop Production Associate | Seville, OH | Full-Time

Are you someone who enjoys hands‑on work, woodworking, and being part of a team that builds high‑quality custom products? A well‑established custom cabinet manufacturer in Seville is looking for reliable Production Associates to join their growing team!

This role is perfect for candidates who want variety in their day, like working with tools, and want to grow their skills in a supportive shop environment.

️ What You'll Do

This is a cross‑trained position - you may rotate through different departments depending on workload and skill level, giving you the chance to learn and grow.

Daily tasks may include:

• Building and framing cabinets using hand and power tools
• Constructing and assembling doors and components
• Sanding surfaces by hand or with mechanical sanders
• Applying stain manually for a custom, high‑quality finish
• Spraying finish coatings in a controlled booth
• Final assembly of cabinet components into finished products

⏰ Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
