Wed love to hear from you./ppAbout the position:/ppThe Agency Deal Closer position requires a highly skilled candidate with deep Loan IQ experience to support the execution and lifecycle management of syndicated and structured loan transactions./ppResponsibilities include timely handling of all Agency transactions, daily workflow related to Loan Administration, and tasks such as issuance, advising, amending, reporting, billing, document checking, and payments./ppThe role involves capturing transactions on the Loan IQ Lending platform, analyzing structured finance loan portfolios, performing audits, reconciling interest and fees, reviewing commercial loan terms, resolving discrepancies, preparing spreadsheets, and recommending procedural changes when necessary. Effective communication skills and the ability to address moderate to complex system-related issues are essential./ppAbout the department:/ppLoan Agency is a team of seven specialists within the Client Services Department under the COO Americas domain. In Loan Agency, we drive critical front?to?back loan execution for the Americas from complex deal closings to high?volume quarter?end cycles, from accuracy?driven lifecycle servicing to process and control enhancements that support global operating model transformation. The successful candidate chosen to join this high?performing team will thrive in a positive, collaborative environment working alongside an accomplished agency team defined by a solid foundation, enterprising mindset, and unwavering integrity./ppResponsibilities:/ppThe Agency Closing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of deal servicing, act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients and will perform the following key functions:/pulliAnalyze Credit Documentation and extract the necessary information for deal capture and booking in Lending System./liliCoordinate and manage syndicated loan closings, including CP, funding coordination, lender allocations, and initial facility onboarding./liliProcessing borrowing and payment requests, arrange for funding/break funding, set rates, and renew maturing loan contracts./liliCalculate and bill fees: commitment, unutilized, letter of credit, agency, and fronting fees./liliSet-up and maintain customer records including administrative details and payment instructions (including the collection of original tax forms)./liliManage lifecycle events: amendments, waivers, extensions, repricings, lender assignments, rollovers, and restructurings./liliReview, interpret, and validate credit agreements, fee letters, amendments, joinders, and closing instructions./liliLead and participate in closing calls with Borrowers, Lenders, Counsel, and internal stakeholders./liliServe as the primary liaison with Borrowers, Lenders, and internal teams on all Agency matters./liliMonitor commitment limits and expiration dates./liliMonitor daily cash flow and investigate unidentified amounts in suspense account./liliAssist in training junior staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives./liliAssist Manager in any special projects as needed./li/ulpQualifications / Education:/pulliBachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or closely-related quantitative field from an accredited U.S. school (or equivalent)/lili3+ years of relevant Loan Agency experience supporting syndicated loans./li/ulpExperience / Knowledge:/pulliAdvanced, hands?on experience with Loan IQ (facility onboarding, deal closing setup, events, fee setup, amendments)./liliStrong understanding of credit agreements and related loan documentation./liliExperience with ClearPar, or similar platforms a plus./liliStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to control and accuracy./liliAbility to operate in a fast?paced environment with shifting priorities/li/ulpPersonal Competencies :/pulliConfident, self?driven, and capable of owning complex transactions./liliAble to use MS-Office with advanced knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point/liliAdaptable, collaborative, and able to multitask under pressure./liliFlexible and learning capacity to adapt to on-going changes/liliExcellent communication and client?facing skills./li/ulpSalary Range $110,000 - $140,000/ppIn addition to comprehensive health benefits, a generous 401k savings plan, and competitive PTO, ING provides a broad array of benefits including adoption, surrogacy, and fertility services; student debt assistance; and subsidies for expenses associated with commuting and fitness./ppING is a committed equal opportunity employer.
