Director of Tax

Tax Manager | South of Nashville

We're partnering with a stable and growing organization to identify a Tax Manager to join its accounting leadership team.

This role will serve as the company's primary tax resource, overseeing income tax compliance, tax reporting, quarterly estimates, tax research, and strategic tax planning across multiple entities. The position will partner closely with external advisors while supporting financial reporting, audits, and key business initiatives.

Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of corporate income tax experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and reporting
• Experience with tax provisions, deferred taxes, and tax research
• Ability to work independently while partnering cross-functionally across the organization
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus
