What you’ll do Serve as Atoms' subject-matter expert on technical accounting, providing proactive guidance on complex transactions, acquisitions, new business initiatives, commercial arrangements, and other non-routine activities Lead the research, evaluation, and documentation of accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP, including the preparation of clear, concise, and defensible technical accounting memoranda Partner with Controllership, Legal, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Tax, Treasury, business leaders, and external auditors to assess the accounting implications of strategic and operational decisions Monitor emerging accounting guidance, evaluate its impact on the company, and lead the implementation of new accounting standards and #J-18808-Ljbffr ATOMS Careers page
