Substance Abuse Counselor
Virtual Vocations Inc
To provide comprehensive support to clients, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Substance Use Counselor will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy sessions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group therapy sessions to support client recovery Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Required qualifications Current North Carolina Licensed Substance Use Counselor credential Experience in substance use treatment and counseling Knowledge of evidence-based practices in substance use recovery Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling
