Training and Development Specialist
Sevita
Sevita, a leader in home and community-based health care, is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to strengthen the skills of our direct care and support teams. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training that supports person-centered care across behavioral health, brain injury rehabilitation, and specialized foster care programs. Responsibilities include needs assessment, curriculum and e-learning development, facilitation of in-person and virtual sessions, and tracking compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical, HR, and operations leaders, and benefit from Sevita’s culture of inclusion, professional growth, and innovation while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families.
