Role Overview McLain & Merritt is seeking a motivated associate with 1–4 years of experience to join our dynamic Real Estate practice. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Buckhead office in Atlanta, Georgia, offering the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals. In this role, the Real Estate Attorney will represent a diverse range of clients—including lenders, homebuilders and developers—including both commercial and residential real estate matters. Responsibilities will include conducting real estate closings in the firm’s multiple offices.
