As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Patrol in ORLANDO, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support access awareness, assist visitors and staff, and represent a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support access control processes for restricted areas, deliveries, and/or visitor management.
• Assist with security-related checks of doors, gates, and other access points, and communicate with site contacts and/or public responders when situations call for additional support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
