This role serves as the organization’s primary subject matter expert on contractual requirements, service-level agreements, scorecards, customer experience measures, and documentation standards. You will partner across departments to identify risk, audit performance, implement corrective actions, strengthen accountability, protect key partnerships, and support profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings experience with TPA or insurance-related programs, compliance or quality auditing, performance reporting, process improvement, cross-functional project management, and employee training—preferably within restoration, construction, property claims, or a related operational environment. Success in this role requires the ability to influence others and establish accountability without direct authority. Relocation:
Paul Davis Triad-West does not offer relocation assistance. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the hiring location(s), as this is not a remote or relocation-supported position. If an offer is extended and accepted, all relocation costs and logistics are the sole responsibility of the candidate. Essential Functions:
- Lead all aspects of current TPA relationships and program performance, evaluate future partnerships, and serve as the primary contact for TPA- and carrier-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level agreements, company standards, documentation requirements, and operational expectations.
- Monitor scorecards, key metrics, customer experience measures, and program trends; identify risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct recurring compliance and quality audits, provide actionable reports to leadership, and track corrective actions through completion.
- Manage TPA and file escalations while protecting and strengthening the organization’s standing within TPA networks.
- Lead implementation and onboarding for new TPA partnerships and translate program changes into effective operating practices.
- Develop and deliver compliance- and TPA-related training; identify performance gaps and partner with leaders on development plans.
- Collaborate with Mitigation, Reconstruction, Estimating, Project Management, Coordination, and Administration teams to remove barriers and improve execution.
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems, workflows, documentation quality, cycle times, customer communication, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Additional responsibilities as required by executive leadership
- Three to five years of experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property claims, customer service, operations, project management, compliance, or process improvement.
- Three to five years of experience working with third-party administrators or insurance-related programs.
- Familiarity with RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, Luxor, Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Sedgwick, or comparable platforms.
- Experience developing KPIs, managing scorecards, conducting audits, supporting quality assurance, and developing or facilitating training.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and performance trends, influence others, lead difficult conversations, and translate findings into action.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
- Expected schedule is approximately 40–50 hours per week.
- This is a 100% on-site position based in Winston-Salem or Lenoir; the working environment is primarily office-based.
- Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance, and any relocation expenses are the candidate’s responsibility.
- The role requires the ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for most of the workday and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening. Paul Davis Restoration is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
