MESSAGE ANDREW AFTER APPLYING: **View phone number on click.appcast.io** Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations of the production support team to meet production plans and targets Coordinate material availability, workflows, and schedules for smooth production flow Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality standards Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support employee development Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality enhancements Manage workflows and resource allocation based on production priorities Support implementation of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) Maintain accurate production documentation and compliance records Identify operational improvements with leadership and manufacturing teams Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and compliance standards Proven leadership and team management abilities Experience with production scheduling, troubleshooting, and workflow management Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations Ability to promote a strong safety culture Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Six Sigma a plus) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $74000.00/yr. Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options to fit employee needs.
