Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Shawano, WI 54166. This is an 8 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Shawano, WI 54166Duration: 8 Weeks (Possible Extension)Work Schedule: Variable Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 8-Hour ShiftsGuaranteed Hours: 48 Hours per WeekResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN or physician.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and resident progress.Assist with care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state regulations.Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety and comfort.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active Wisconsin LPN License (or Compact License, if applicable).Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.Current BLS Certification.Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend (EOW).Additional Information:Overtime opportunities available.Medical/religious exemptions are accepted.Any color scrubs permitted.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
