Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist specializing in Radiation Oncology for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working within an acute care setting, using state-of-the-art Varian equipment. Candidates will be managing a mix of adult and pediatric cases under the supervision of a Radiology Supervisor, focusing on patient treatments using technologies such as IMRT, IGRT, SRS, and SBRT.

Key Responsibilities of the Radiation Therapist

• Administer radiation therapy treatments using Varian TrueBeam and ARIA Oncology Information System
• Manage an average patient load of 25 patients per machine, totaling 50 patients daily
• Perform CT simulations for 6-9 patients per day
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and follow department-specific protocols
• Ensure accurate use of treatment planning systems and adherence to safety standards

Requirements of the Radiation Therapist

• Certified Radiation Therapist - ARRT (T)
• BLS Certification
• WV state license
• Proven experience with IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT
• Familiarity with Varian equipment
