If you thrive on tough diagnostics and enjoy coaching others, this is your seat at the controls.Quick FactsPay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hourPay Range: $34 – $38 per hour (based on experience)Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 (off every other weekend)Work Location: In personIs this you?You’ve led maintenance teams and can prioritize a full docket without breaking a sweat.You diagnose issues across 3-phase electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics—and you’re hands-on with welding (MIG or Stick).You read complex schematics and blueprints like a map.You care about safety culture and know LOTO is non-negotiable.What you’ll tackleLead, mentor, and assign work to 3rd-shift maintenance techsTroubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gas-fired ovens, and pressesExecute and oversee daily/weekly PMsInterpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematicsPerform welding/light fabrication (MIG or Stick)Reduce downtime via fast, accurate diagnosticsServe as the main point of contact between production and maintenanceAssist with onboarding and training of new techniciansDrive continuous improvement and process optimizationWhat you bring4–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experienceRequired: previous lead, supervisory, or team-lead experience in maintenanceMechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise; 3-phase power experienceMIG or Stick welding proficiencyAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints/schematicsStrong communication and leadershipComfort with a rotating 2-2-3, 12-hour scheduleWhy you’ll love it hereCompetitive pay and consistent full-time hoursEvery other weekend offLead at night with real decision-making authorityStable operation with long-term career growthBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
