Compensation: Uncapped Commission + High-Volume Bonus Structure

Home Care Pros is a rapidly growing industry leader in exterior home remodeling. We are expanding our Hampton Roads footprint and looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives who want to specialize in roofing, siding, and window sales.

We feed our reps a consistent pipeline of high-converting, company-provided leads. If you are a consultative closer with a background in face-to-face sales (or a transitioning military professional with an elite work ethic), this is the highest-paying sales opportunity in the region.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

• Run Pre-Set Appointments: Meet face-to-face with pre-qualified homeowners to assess their exterior remodeling needs (Roofing, Siding, Windows).
• Inspect & Document: Conduct thorough on-site inspections of roof and siding damage (including climbing ladders to document storm or wear-and-tear damage).
• Deliver Winning Presentations: Educate clients on our premium product lines and provide tailored, competitive financing options to make buying an easy decision.
• Estimate with Precision: Prepare accurate estimates using modern construction estimating software (training provided).
• Own the Relationship: Serve as the trusted point of contact, communicating seamlessly with clients regarding their construction and installation timeline.

 

Requirements:

• Proven Closing Track Record: Success in in-home sales, roofing/siding, auto sales, high-ticket retail, or B2C industries. You know how to overcome objections and ask for the order.
• Transitioning military veterans with strong communication skills and an elite work ethic are highly encouraged to apply!
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable climbing ladders to inspect roofs and siding, and capturing photo/video documentation.
• Reliable Transportation: A dependable vehicle with sufficient space to carry product samples and a ladder.
