ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and an understanding of what it takes to succeed in an agency environment. Our agency offers health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team while providing opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow. As a small office, we’re continuing to build and shape our culture, making this a great opportunity for the right person to have a meaningful impact. I’m looking for someone who is hardworking, friendly, and brings a positive attitude to work each day. The ideal team member is a driven, resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and is excited to help us continue building a strong, successful agency.ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Manager for Tyler Stanford - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS
