Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a recent project or product management background in the financial services industry, along with 10+ years of experience in data engineering and cloud data and analytics platforms.
• We need hands-on experience with Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, and Python.
• We require deep expertise in Databricks on AWS.
• Knowledge of HR and workforce data is preferred.

We are hiring a fully remote Senior Databricks Product Manager/Lead to serve as the product manager and technology lead for our Data Platform. In this role, we will define the roadmap, architecture direction, and delivery for HR analytics, AI, reporting, and data integration capabilities.
