The ideal candidate will work onsite with the customer, collaborate closely with business and technical teams, drive requirement analysis, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure smooth delivery of product increments. Responsibilities Capture, analyse, and refine business requirements from stakeholders across retail functions. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming). Act as Scrum Master to remove impediments and promote continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver product increments.
