L&M Corrugated is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be a critical part of our operation, ensuring materials and finished products move safely and efficiently throughout the facility. What You'll Do
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Transport finished goods to designated storage locations
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory movements and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
