Corporate Associate

We seek a Corporate Associate, an attorney with 1‑4 years of experience who wants to deepen exposure to business law in a collaborative, client‑focused environment. The role involves transactional work, including assisting with M&A deals, drafting & negotiating contracts, entity structuring, and advising business clients on day‑to‑day legal needs. Associates are given meaningful responsibility early, direct access to clients, hands‑on involvement in matters, within a team that values mentorship and professional growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, has strong research & writing skills, and can juggle multiple assignments in a fast‑moving practice.
