Bioprocessing Sales Specialist, Engineered Systems

Repligen seeks a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to sell engineered systems solutions for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including chromatography, tangential flow filtration, and continuous bioprocessing technologies. The role involves territory management across the Southeast and Midwest, building customer relationships, and driving sales for integrated systems serving monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and cell and gene therapies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell downstream, upstream, and single-use engineered systems across assigned territory
• Develop regional management plan and execute strategic account development initiatives
• Support customer user requirement specifications and prepare technical proposals
• Conduct sales negotiations with technical and procurement stakeholders
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years biopharmaceutical industry experience
• Deep knowledge of engineered systems for chromatography and filtration unit operations
• Proven sales track record and key account management experience
• Proficiency reading engineering documentation and technical drawings
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners
• Extensive travel availability throughout assigned territory

Compensation: $137,000-$195,500 base salary, plus variable cash programs and equity eligibility
