Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Fitchburg, MA area.

What You'll Do
As a Home Care LPN , you'll provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including:
- Wound care
- Medication management
- Catheter care
- Diabetic care and education
- Wellness assessments
- Disease management education
- Follow-up after physician visits
- Ordering medical supplies as needed
- Accurate, timely electronic documentation
