COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS-DRIVER/MOVER Hourly rate: $22.00-$26.00 per hour (with opportunity for tips and overtime) Annual Potential: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips) with $1,800.00 sign on bonus opportunity Full time and Flexible schedule - Tell us when you are available-Day, Night and Weekend work opportunities. Uniforms provided Generous company cost sharing = Low cost individual and family health and dental plans 401 (K) with generous company match Paid holidays and vacation Profitability-based and recruitment referral bonuses Requirements: Valid driver's License (for driver position) and DOT Card (if applicable) Clean motor vehicle driving record Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods Ability and prior experience driving 26 ft box truck-complete logs and inspections Must be able to complete all training and requirements to qualify as Olympia driver Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation to branch location for on time arrival Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge Available for on-time very early a.m. dispatch-(ie: 4:30 a.m. starts) and able to arrive on time High school or GED equivalent Responsibilities: Move as well as disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances Load and unload large items to and from trucks, as well as safely load shipments to trucks legal capacity Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, taking care to protect fragile goods Unpack items and arrange new spaces for use according to customer specification Maintain vehicle equipment; fill fuel tank, perform general motor vehicle inspections and maintenance as needed for safety thru company app Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
