Experienced Service Advisor
Mechanicsville KIA

Mechanicsville KIA is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. We’re searching for someone who understands the importance of communication, organization, and delivering an exceptional guest experience from write-up to delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Communicate updates clearly throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership software experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Bonus points if:
- You can explain why brakes are needed without using interpretive dance
- You’ve mastered the art of answering three phone calls while checking in two customers
- You know “I’ll just wait for it” usually means they brought snacks and settled in for the day
