Cost Estimator - Hardware

We're expanding fast and we need a sharp, organized Cost Estimator - Hardware to support our bidding efforts from our Green Bay, WI office.What You’ll Do: You’ll be the go-to person for making sure every screw, hinge, lock, and handle is accounted for and accurately priced before we win a job.Review project documents and specs to understand hardware requirements.Calculate quantities and costs of door hardware products.Communicate with vendors for pricing and product info.Help identify and flag any code issues or inconsistencies.Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to build smart, competitive bids.Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions at once.You’ll play a key role in winning jobs – and making sure we stay sharp, strategic, and competitive.What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail.Confidence working with numbers, documents, and spreadsheets.Great communicator – comfortable with email, phone, and face-to-face.Organized and able to handle multiple deadlines.Curious, motivated, and ready to learn the construction industry from a new angle.Must be onsite in Green Bay, WI with reliable and punctual attendance.Previous construction or estimating experience is a plus but not required.
