Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. What You’ll Get $18/hour + weekly performance bonuses Paid training in communication, lead generation, and event marketing Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement + tuition assistance/reimbursement Opportunities for growth What You’ll Do Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations Start conversations and connect with potential customers Share information about our window and door solutions Help set up free in‑home consultations for the sales team What We’re Looking For Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport Positive, reliable, and self‑motivated Interest in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50‑lbs Personal reliable transportation required Valid driver’s license Who This Is Great For Students or recent grads looking for supplemental income People looking for flexible work Anyone interested in building business/marketing/sales skills About Us Renewal by Andersen is the custom window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a company with over 120 years of experience.
