Total Extended Care Services, a growing Physical Medicine and Rehab group is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our PM&R physician in the sub-acute rehab setting. Timely charting/documentation is required but can be done from home.
