Call Center Representative

Southeast Urogyn , a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) , is adding a Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers. This is an in-person, on-site role. Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service. Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions. Schedule appointments and provide follow-up calls. Any additional task to support clinical operations. Must be wiliing to travel between locations. Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support. Manage multiple calls and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Scheduling experience highly preferred. Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred) and basic computer skills.
